You can contact us by filling in the form or using the live chat on our website or through our social media channels. Your Medical Coordinator will ask you to send the pictures of your treatment areas, upload corresponding medical documentation you may have, and fill in a medical history form to state your current health condition.

After the evaluation of your pictures and your medical history form by your surgeon, you will be provided with a personalized treatment plan and a quote.

Start Your Medical Journey

Once we have agreed on your treatment date, you can book your flight tickets.

After you share your flight details, your Medical Coordinator will arrange your medical journey in Armenia and share with you the travel itinerary like transfers, accommodation, etc.

Before your arrival your Medical Coordinator will email you your medical consent forms of the hospital where you will have the surgery. The email will also include detailed information on your preoperative guidelines and some practical information related to your medical journey. Then your Medical Coordinator will call you to go through all this information and answer all of your questions.

Your driver will meet you at the airport and drive you to your hotel.

Meet your doctor

First, you will have a face-to-face consultation with your doctor. The doctor will go through the details of your treatment once again and will answer all the questions you may have.

After your consultation, you will have preoperative tests which are usually blood tests. Your Medical Coordinator will be with you during your consultation and support you during your preoperative tests.

Surgery

This is the happiest and most overwhelming day in your journey. You will get your surgery done by your highly qualified, experienced and caring doctor.

After Your Discharge

After your treatment has been completed and you are discharged from the hospital, you will be taken to your hotel and will get some rest.

Your Medical Coordinator will continuously be in contact with you to make sure the healing process is going as planned.

For some plastic treatments HEG’s in-house nurse will visit you to check on your vital signs (your blood pressure, temperature, pulse), to remove the drains, to help you shower, to assist you wearing your garment, to guide you post-op medicine usage, to explain you aftercare instructions, and to support you for all other needs.

When needed your Medical Coordinator will arrange Video consultations with your doctor or take you to the hospital to see him/her in person.

Final Check-up and Back Home

After your treatment, you will stay for a while for your recuperation in Armenia. You will be able to enjoy the country during recuperation until your final check-up time.

During your final check-up your doctor will evaluate the results of the treatment and share the post-travel after-care guidelines.

On your return flight date your driver will take you to the airport.

Aftercare Follow-up and Support

When you are back home, you will be regularly contacted by HEG’s Follow-up Team to make sure you are recovering well and everything is going as planned. In case you need further aftercare support, your Follow-up Team will arrange video consultations with your doctor.
